Our handmade concrete incense holder is a unique and elegant addition to any space. All our product come with a cork backing to protect the surfaces on which it will be placed. And they are also sealed with waterproof sealer to maintain the look and longevity of the product. See below for care instruction.

Since all our products are handmade and made to order, we require a lead time of 7-10 working days and will then be shipped to you.

As each piece is made specifically for your order, we do not take returns and refunds unless the product you have received is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product. For more details, please visit the Returns and Refund policy page.

Care Instructions

Even though all of our concrete/gypsum composite products are protected with a water resistant & food safe sealant, concrete is porous, so there’s a few things to be aware of when using your products.

- If water comes into contact with your item, wipe the excess with a clean dry cloth and leave to air dry. If tea, coffee or wine etc. comes into contact with your product, run it under the tap to flush the liquid from the surface and then pat your item dry.

- To keep your product looking fresh, every now and then wipe down your item with a soft damp cloth to remove everyday dust.

- Our products have a smooth finish so be careful when handling them as to not scratch or chip the products.

- Concrete/gysum composite products are extremely strong, but it’s not indestructible. Please treat it as you would a piece of ceramic or glass.
