Returns and refunds
RETURN POLICY :
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETUNS OR EXCHANGE OF ANY KIND, unless -
- Damage and Issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require an opening package video as a proof of an on arrival damage. If the package proves to be damaged, a pick up will be initiated from our end within 5-8 working days.
CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS :
- Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
- Once the order is in processing status it cannot be cancelled.
- For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us on (+91)9123527623 or mail us on email@example.com and we will try to work it out for you. Changes in the order cannot be made once shipped.
- We will only be refunding the amount if the product is damaged, defective or if you have received a wrong product, for which a video proof is required.
- No other kind of refunds will be initiated.
